Why is my margin lower than expected on small orders?
Why single-product orders take a margin hit, and how Mix & Match fixes it.

On a single-product order, you pay one full pick & pack fee plus one full shipping fee. Both are roughly fixed per box, so on a low-priced item they eat a much bigger share of the price than on a high-priced item or a multi-product order.
Combining products from the same supplier in one shipment (Mix & Match) is the most direct way to fix this — see Combine products & maximize your margin with Mix & Match for the playbook.
