The most common questions before you sign up
These are the questions prospective customers ask most often. If yours isn't here, reach out via Contact & Support.
Is there a minimum number of orders per month?
There is no hard order minimum, but our pricing is designed for retailers processing dozens to hundreds of orders per month. If you expect fewer than a handful of orders, Everspring is unlikely to be economical for you.
How long is the contract? Can I cancel?
Subscriptions run on a quarterly (3-month) or yearly basis. You activate and manage the subscription yourself directly in the platform. Full terms are in your onboarding contract.
Which webshop platforms do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, and several other major e-commerce platforms. If you run on a custom stack, we offer API access. See Webshop integrations for the current list.
Can I set my own retail prices?
Yes — and you're required to. Everspring does not publish recommended retail prices. You set your own margins and your own prices, product by product. This is a core part of running your own shop and one of your main levers for competitive differentiation.
Is there exclusivity on products or brands?
No blanket exclusivity. Multiple retailers in our network sell from the same supplier catalog. Your differentiation comes from curation, branding, content, and marketing — not from product lock-in.
Which countries can I sell to?
Our primary markets are the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Denmark. Shipping availability per product still depends on the supplier and the destination, and is reflected in the live stock data in your dashboard.
How quickly can I be live?
Fast. You can connect your webshop in about an hour, and technically be live within a single day. Most customers take a little longer before they actually flip the switch — to curate the catalog, write their own product content, set their pricing, and run a test order — but the platform itself doesn't slow you down. See How onboarding works for the full picture.
What happens if a delivery is damaged or wrong?
You contact the supplier directly through the claims flow in your Everspring dashboard. We provide the tools and the escalation process, but the conversation with your customer is yours. See our Claims & Refunds guide.
Are my competitors already selling the same products?
Likely yes. The Everspring catalog is shared across retailers in our network — this is a volume-driven marketplace model, not exclusive distribution. Your edge comes from how you sell: brand, service, ad strategy, and above all your own content. Writing original product descriptions and producing strong visuals is increasingly accessible thanks to AI tools, and that's where you build your own success on top of a shared catalog.
How does payment work between me, Everspring, and the supplier?
Your end-customers pay you through your webshop. Suppliers invoice their orders through Everspring; Everspring charges your subscription and settles supplier invoices on a fixed billing cycle. You keep your retail margin.
Can I use my own product photos and descriptions?
Yes — and we recommend it. Rewriting product descriptions and shooting or editing your own photos is one of the strongest levers for differentiation and SEO. The catalog gives you a baseline; you build the shop on top.
Do you help me set up my shop?
Everspring is self-service by default. You set up your own shop, activate your subscription, and run your integration yourself — supported by the Help Center, documentation, and the Academy. We don't do 1-on-1 onboarding calls, consulting, or webshop building as standard. If you need hands-on support for things like category management or custom catalog work, ask about the Enterprise plan.
I don't have a webshop yet. Can I still sign up?
Not a good fit yet. Everspring plugs into an existing (or near-launch) webshop; it is not a shop-building service. Launch your webshop first, then come back when you're ready to plug in a catalog. See Is Everspring right for you? for the full picture.
