How onboarding works

How Everspring onboarding works — from application to live webshop, including the self-service setup and the markets we deliver to.

From intake to live webshop

Everspring is designed for a fast technical launch: you can connect your webshop in about an hour and technically be live within a single day. The actual time before you open your shop to customers depends on how much catalog, content, and pricing work you want to do before launch. Below is the path from first contact to first order, and where we currently deliver.

Steps to launch

Step 1 — Intake

You submit your application via everspring.app with your business and webshop details. We review the fit and confirm whether we can move forward. If yes, we move to KYC. If not, we tell you why, directly.

Step 2 — KYC and subscription

You complete the Know-Your-Customer documents: company registration, UBO declaration, bank-account verification, and ID of the business owner. You activate your subscription directly in the platform — quarterly or yearly, see Pricing and subscription — and get access to your Everspring dashboard.

Step 3 — Webshop integration

Connect your webshop to Everspring using the integration for your platform. Most customers get the technical connection running in about an hour. See Webshop integrations for the per-platform guides.

Step 4 — Catalog, content, and pricing

Import the catalog (fully or selectively), map categories, set your own retail prices, and write or rewrite product content. This is the part that takes real time — and it's where you build your differentiation. Most of what makes your shop stand out is decided here.

Step 5 — Test order and go live

Place a test order end-to-end to validate the flow: order routing, supplier handling, delivery, and the claims path if needed. Once the test is clean, you open your catalog to customers.

Self-service is the default

Onboarding runs self-service. You activate, integrate, import, and launch at your own pace. The Help Center, documentation, and Academy are built to support that. If you need hands-on help — for example with category management or custom catalog work — ask about the Enterprise plan.

Where we deliver

Everspring's primary markets are:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • France

  • Germany

  • Austria

  • Luxembourg

  • Denmark

Shipping availability per product depends on the supplier and the destination. Some plants cannot be shipped to all regions for phytosanitary or logistical reasons. The live stock data in your dashboard reflects what's actually available for your chosen markets.

After you go live

The first weeks after launch are a build-and-learn phase. Iterate on your product pages, test ads at small scale, refine pricing and content. For ongoing operational topics see How-to guides & FAQ, and for deeper e-commerce fundamentals see the Academy.
