- Request a Proof of Delivery (bèta service)If a customer tells you that their parcel hasn’t arrived, the first step is to check the tracking details and verify the delivery status. Sometimes, carriers mark a shipment as delivered even if it was left with a neighbour, at a pickup point, or the customer missed the delivery attempt. To help resellers resolve these cases faster, Everspring offers a Proof of Delivery (POD) Request Form — a beta service that allows you to request a copy of the delivery confirmation.
