What happens if my eWallet doesn't have enough balance for an order?

If your eWallet is too low at checkout, your order is held for 7 days while you top up and manually retry the payment.

Orders on Everspring are paid from your eWallet balance. If the balance isn't high enough when you place an order, the order is created but not yet sent to the supplier — it waits for you to complete payment.

The 7-day payment window

You have 7 days from the moment you place the order to top up your eWallet and complete the payment. During this window:

  • The order stays visible in your dashboard, marked as unpaid.

  • The supplier is not notified — nothing ships until payment is completed.

  • You can top up your eWallet at any time.

How to retry payment

Payments are not retried automatically after a top-up. Once your balance is sufficient, trigger the retry yourself:

  1. Confirm your eWallet balance covers the unpaid order.

  2. Open the order from your dashboard.

  3. Click Retry Payment.

When the payment goes through, the order is forwarded to the supplier and fulfilment begins.

If you miss the 7-day deadline

If payment isn't completed within 7 days, the order is automatically cancelled. You'll need to place the order again if you still want it — note that prices, availability, and shipping costs may have changed in the meantime.
