eWallet activation and verification

Get your Everspring eWallet live — KYC verification, first top-up, and automatic top-up setup.

The eWallet is the central balance that pays your suppliers, receives refunds, and keeps shipping costs and order totals in one place. Activating it takes a one-time verification so we can meet EU anti-money-laundering rules (KYC). Most sellers finish the full flow in under ten minutes.

Step 1 — Open the eWallet

  1. Log in and go to eWallet in the left menu.

  2. Click Activate eWallet.

  3. Confirm the company details we'll use for KYC. If anything is outdated, update your company information first.

Step 2 — Verify your identity (KYC)

Our payments partner will ask for:

  • A copy of your KvK or equivalent company registration.

  • Your UBO (ultimate beneficial owner) details.

  • A valid ID document for each signatory.

  • A verified bank account in the company name.

Turnaround is usually under two working days. You'll get an email as soon as you're approved.

Step 3 — Fund the wallet

Once verified, top up in whichever way fits:

  • iDEAL or SEPA instant — funds land within minutes.

  • SEPA bank transfer — 1-2 working days.

  • Automatic top-up — set a minimum balance and we'll pull from your verified bank account via direct debit whenever the balance drops below it.

Common issues

  • KYC rejected — usually a mismatch between the name on the ID and the UBO register. Re-upload a clearer ID or contact support.

  • Bank account not accepted — it must be in the exact company name; personal accounts aren't allowed.

  • Balance not showing after top-up — iDEAL is instant, SEPA can take up to 2 working days. Check the wallet transaction log before reaching out.
