Update your address, VAT number, packing slip, notification emails and more — all self-service from Settings, no fee.

All of your company details on Everspring are self-service. Log in, open Settings, change what you need, save. No tickets, no forms, no fees.

What you can change yourself

  • Company details — trade name, display name, KvK number, VAT number, EORI number.

  • Addresses — billing, invoicing, and your registered business address.

  • Contact details — phone number, finance email, support email.

  • Logo & branding — used on your packing slip and customer-facing surfaces.

  • Packing slip settings — toggle the branded packing slip, pick the contact details shown on it, and set the language your supplier prints it in.

  • Notification email addresses — route order, claim, invoice and account emails to the right inboxes. See Manage notification emails.

  • eWallet & payout details — bank account for payouts.

Changes are effective immediately.

When to contact us

A full legal entity change — a new KvK number that transfers your Everspring contract to a different legal counterparty (merger, sale, restructure) — still needs a manual review. Email support@everspring.app with:

  • The new company name, KvK number, and VAT number.

  • The new billing address and IBAN.

  • A short note on the reason (restructure, acquisition, rebrand).

We aim to process entity changes within 5 working days. There's no fee.

Good to know

  • Open orders keep running on your current entity during a transfer — no downtime.

  • Historical invoices stay linked to the entity that was active at the time.

  • Update your webshop's company details in the same window so your checkout matches Everspring.
