Before you cancel
If you're thinking about cancelling because of a specific issue — plan fit, pricing, a feature gap, or something not working — please talk to your account manager first. They can often help you land in the right plan or fix what's not working, so you don't have to leave.
How to cancel
Cancelling is done from your own back office — no forms or emails needed.
Log in to Everspring.
Open Settings → Subscription.
Click Cancel subscription.
Follow the on-screen steps and confirm.
You'll see the effective end date on the confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email right after.
The exact notice period and end date depend on your contract — the cancellation screen will show you the dates that apply to your account.
What happens after you cancel
During your notice period — everything keeps working as normal: orders flow, products stay in sync, invoices keep coming, and you keep full access to the platform.
On your end date — your account is deactivated. Catalog sync stops, new orders are no longer accepted, and the back office becomes read-only.
Invoices already issued remain payable in the normal way.
Your data — we keep your order history and invoices for the period required by law. You can export your data before your end date; contact your account manager if you need help.
Reactivate after cancellation
If you change your mind before your end date, you can stop the cancellation from the same Settings → Subscription screen. After your end date, reach out to your account manager or via Contact us and we'll help you get your account going again. Any pricing changes since your original contract will apply.
