Our mission

We make plant dropshipping work at scale. Ambitious webshop owners should be able to sell high-quality plants and garden products without holding stock — and growers should be able to reach more customers without building a webshop of their own. Everspring is the software platform that connects both sides.

Our role — what Everspring does

Everspring is a software platform. We provide the tools and infrastructure that make plant dropshipping possible — nothing more, nothing less.

Concretely, we run:

• A curated catalog of products from professional growers — content, pricing, availability kept up to date.

• Webshop integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, and direct API, so your store stays in sync automatically.

• Payment and billing infrastructure — the eWallet, invoicing, VAT handling, supplier payouts.

• An order flow that routes every order to the right supplier and tracks it end-to-end.

• Dispute and claim tools — when something needs escalation, you handle it inside the platform.

What Everspring does not do

Just as important as what we do, is what we don't. To prevent mismatched expectations:

• We are not a logistics provider. We do not pack, ship, or physically touch any product. Every order is shipped directly by the grower to your customer, using the grower's own carriers and warehouses.

• We do not handle order complaints for you. If something goes wrong with a specific order — damage, delay, missing item, return request — the grower is your first point of contact, not Everspring. Their details are on each supplier's brand page in the platform and in your order confirmation email. Everspring only steps in when a case is genuinely stuck (see How to submit a claim).

• We do not build your webshop. We do not design your store, write your product copy, run your marketing, or set up your SEO. That is your business — we power the products and orders behind it.

• We do not coach first-time entrepreneurs. Our Help Center and Academy cover the fundamentals. Beyond that, you bring your own e-commerce expertise.

Who Everspring is built for

Everspring is designed for experienced e-commerce entrepreneurs — people who already know how to run a webshop, or who are serious about learning fast and investing time in their business.

If you have run a Shopify or WooCommerce store before, know your way around Google Ads, Meta, and SEO, understand margins and returns, and are comfortable communicating directly with suppliers: Everspring is built for you.

If you are brand-new to e-commerce and expect a platform that does everything for you, Everspring is not the right fit. Dropshipping is a business, not a side hobby — and we want customers who will succeed, not customers who get stuck on problems a software platform cannot solve.

Everspring is operated by Flora Logistics B.V., based in De Lier — the heart of the Dutch horticulture industry. We are a small team with deep roots in both plant trade and software, combining both worlds to make this category work online.
