How do I track an order?

Every order has a live status visible in three places — the Everspring order detail page, your own webshop (kept in sync), and a neutral tracking email to your customer from the carrier.

Tracking happens in three places — the Everspring order detail page, your own webshop, and a notification to your customer. All three stay in sync automatically, so you don't have to chase information across systems.

The order detail page in Everspring

On the order detail page in Everspring you see the live status of every order: received, packed, shipped, tracking number assigned, in transit, delivered. This is the most detailed view — open it when you need to know exactly where a specific order sits.

Your webshop is updated automatically

As the order moves through fulfillment, Everspring pushes the shipping information back to your webshop. The order in your Shopify or WooCommerce shop gets its status, tracking number, and carrier details updated as things progress — so your own order overview always reflects reality, no manual copy-paste.

Your customer gets a neutral tracking email

Your customer doesn't need to wonder where their package is. Once the shipment is picked up, the carrier sends them a neutral tracking email with delivery instructions. No supplier branding, no unfamiliar company name, no "shipped from grower X" — it reads as a standard courier notification. That's the baseline Everspring enforces: the consumer experience stays clean under your brand, and the supplier never surfaces in your customer's inbox.

If the three views disagree

If the status on your webshop, the Everspring order page, and the customer's tracking email don't line up, the Everspring order page is the source of truth. Small sync delays between the platform and your webshop are possible; anything that looks genuinely stuck or wrong for longer than that — contact the supplier directly through platform messaging.
