Request a Proof of Delivery (bèta service)
If a customer tells you that their parcel hasn’t arrived, the first step is to check the tracking details and verify the delivery status. Sometimes, carriers mark a shipment as delivered even if it was left with a neighbour, at a pickup point, or the customer missed the delivery attempt. To help resellers resolve these cases faster, Everspring offers a Proof of Delivery (POD) Request Form — a beta service that allows you to request a copy of the delivery confirmation.

What is a Proof of Delivery (POD)?
A Proof of Delivery (POD) is a confirmation that a shipment was successfully delivered to the recipient. It may include:
- The delivery date and time
- The recipient’s name or signature
- The delivery address confirmation
- Or a carrier scan record showing the handover
This information helps verify whether a shipment has been completed and can be used to clarify customer claims about missing deliveries.
⚠️ Please note: The POD is not always available for every shipment or carrier. Everspring offers this as an extra support service (beta) — no rights, guarantees, or claims can be derived from it.
When should you request a Proof of Delivery?
You can request a POD when:
- A customer claims they did not receive their order
- The tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer disagrees
- You need official confirmation for insurance, refund, or dispute purposes
Before submitting a request, always check:
- The tracking URL (most carriers show detailed status updates)
- The delivery address used for the order
- Whether someone else at the address may have received the package
If you still can’t find a clear answer, you can request a Proof of Delivery through Everspring.
How to request a Proof of Delivery (POD)
You can easily submit a request using the Everspring POD Request Form. Please fill in as many details as possible — this helps our support team locate your shipment faster.
Information you can include:
- Your e-mail address → Use the e-mail address that’s registered with Everspring (not your customer’s).
- Everspring Order ID → The order number assigned by Everspring.
- Your own order reference → The ID from your webshop or internal system.
- Track & Trace code → Usually a carrier tracking number (e.g. numeric or alphanumeric).
- Tracking URL → The full tracking link from the carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, PostNL, etc.).
What happens after you submit the form?
- We create an internal support ticket based on your form submission.
- Our logistics team reviews the shipment details and checks the carrier’s delivery records.
- If the Proof of Delivery is available, we’ll share it with you directly by e-mail.
- You’ll receive an update once your request has been reviewed — typically within 2–5 business days.
Important: Beta Service Disclaimer
The Proof of Delivery Request is currently offered as a beta feature to help resellers and partners investigate delivery issues faster. It’s a best-effort service — we will always try to retrieve the information, but:
- The POD may not exist or may be limited in detail
- Some carriers do not provide public delivery proofs
- We cannot guarantee a result or a specific timeframe
By using this form, you acknowledge that the service is provided without guarantees or legal obligations. This feature is designed purely as a support convenience, not as a contractual right.
