Everspring Shopify Connector error codes

When Everspring rejects a fulfillment or cancellation request, Shopify shows an error code with a short explanation. The error code helps you quickly identify the cause and the right solution.

Product level

These errors are shown only on the relevant order line item. The general error message stays empty. When multiple products are affected, different errors can be shown at the same time.

ESC-FUL-101	This product is not linked to Everspring. Open this product in Shopify, link it to Everspring, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The Shopify variant is not linked to an Everspring product, so Everspring cannot determine which product to order.	Open the product in Shopify, link the variant to the correct Everspring product, then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-102	This product is no longer available from its supplier. Remove or replace it, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The product still exists in Shopify but is no longer available from the supplier.	Remove the product from the order or replace it with an available product. Then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-103	This product is out of stock at the supplier. Remove or replace it, or wait for stock to return, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The product is currently out of stock at the supplier.	Remove or replace the product, or wait until it is back in stock. Then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-104	This product cannot be shipped to the delivery country. Use a different product or delivery country, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The supplier cannot ship this specific product to the country of the delivery address.	Choose a product that can be shipped to the country, or change the delivery country. Then request fulfillment again.

Order level

These errors apply to the fulfillment request as a whole. Shopify shows the message as the general rejection reason.

ESC-FUL-105	This supplier cannot ship add-ons alone. Add a regular product from the same supplier or remove the add-ons, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Add at least one regular product from the same supplier, or remove the add-ons. Then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-201	This order has no delivery address. Add a complete delivery address in Shopify, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The Shopify order has no delivery address.	Add a complete delivery address in Shopify and then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-202	Everspring could not read the street name and house number. Enter both clearly in Shopify, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	Everspring could not reliably read the street name and house number from the address.	Check the address in Shopify and enter the street name and house number clearly and separately. Then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-203	This order has no customer email address, which Everspring needs to process it. Add the email address in Shopify, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The order is missing the email address that Everspring needs to process the order.	Add the customer's email address to the Shopify order and then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-204	The delivery address is incomplete. Complete the missing address details in Shopify, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	One or more required address details are missing, for example name, postal code, city, or country.	Complete the delivery address in Shopify and then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-205	Everspring orders cannot be delivered to this country. Use a supported delivery country, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	Everspring does not support the order's delivery country. This applies to the entire order, not just a single product.	Use a supported delivery country and then request fulfillment again.
ESC-FUL-303	Everspring could not match every product in this Shopify request to the Everspring order. Do not request fulfillment again yet. Contact Everspring Support with this code so we can check the order.	The request was processed, but Everspring could not reliably match all Shopify order lines to the Everspring order that was created. The order's status needs to be checked.	Do not request fulfillment again right away, as this may cause a duplicate order. Contact Everspring Support and provide the error code and the Shopify order number.
ESC-FUL-399	This fulfillment request failed because of an unexpected order error. Do not request fulfillment again yet. Contact Everspring Support with this code so we can check the order.	An unexpected error occurred for which no more specific error code is available. The order's status may be uncertain.	Do not request fulfillment again until Everspring has checked the order. Contact Everspring Support and provide the error code and the Shopify order number.

Account and payment

These errors are shown as a general error message on the fulfillment request.

ESC-FUL-302	Reserved; not yet active	Payment could not be completed in Everspring. Open your eWallet and resolve the payment issue, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The payment via the Everspring eWallet could not be completed.	Check the eWallet, the available balance, and any payment issues. Then request fulfillment again.

ESC-FUL-302 is reserved for now. In the current order flow, an order may already have been accepted by Everspring while the payment is resolved separately. The code must therefore not automatically lead to a rejection yet.

Connection

This error cannot be shown as a fulfillment rejection in Shopify: if the connection is broken, Everspring can no longer reach Shopify. The error code must therefore be shown in Everspring, on the Shopify connection.

ESC-CON-001	Shopify is no longer connected to Everspring. Reconnect Shopify in Everspring, then request fulfillment again. Still blocked? Contact Everspring Support with this code.	The authorization between Shopify and Everspring is missing, has been revoked, or is no longer valid. Everspring can therefore no longer read or update Shopify data.	Open the Shopify connection in Everspring and reconnect the store. Then request fulfillment again.

Cancellation

This error appears when a Shopify cancellation request is rejected by Everspring.

ESC-FUL-401	This order is already being processed by its supplier, so it can no longer be cancelled through Shopify. Contact the supplier through Everspring to discuss cancellation.	The order has already been forwarded to the supplier. Everspring therefore cannot guarantee that an automatic cancellation is still possible.	Contact the supplier through Everspring to discuss whether the order can still be cancelled.
