Install the WooCommerce plugin
Install the Everspring WooCommerce connector, link your API key, configure sync settings, and verify your server meets the requirements.

Why this matters
The WooCommerce plugin keeps your store in sync with Everspring — product data, stock, orders, and shipping status — without manual work. Install it once, connect it correctly, and the rest runs on its own.
1. Download the plugin
Download the latest version of the Everspring WooCommerce connector
2. Upload and activate
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Select the ZIP file and click Install Now.
Click Activate.
3. Connect with your API key
Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins → Everspring → Settings and paste your Everspring API key in the API key field. Don't have one yet? See Generate your Everspring API key.
4. Configure plugin settings
API URL language — the language product content comes through in. Falls back to Dutch if a language is missing.
Admin email — where plugin notifications go.
Product status — incoming products can be Published, Draft, or Pending review.
Fields to overwrite on every sync — Regular Price, Title, Description, Stock Status. We recommend only Stock Status, so your own SEO content isn't overwritten.
Image size — choose 600px to avoid stalled syncs on large images.
Order status for forwarding — the WooCommerce status at which orders get pushed to Everspring.
Click Save Settings.
5. Minimum server requirements
Go to Tools → Site Health → Info and verify your server meets these:
max_execution_time= 300memory_limit= 256MBmax_input_time= 60 (preferably 120)upload_max_filesize= 128MBpost_max_size= 128MBAt least 1 GB RAM and 2 CPU cores
💡 If your hosting plan doesn't meet these limits, talk to your hosting provider before continuing — the sync won't run reliably below this threshold.
