Everspring is a specialised platform for experienced e-commerce entrepreneurs who want to sell plants via dropshipping. This page is here to set clear expectations — what we do, what we don't, and who we are (and are not) built for. If you read this and recognise yourself, you'll get a lot of value from Everspring. If you don't, we'd rather be upfront than onboard a customer who ends up disappointed.
1. What Everspring is
Everspring is a software platform that connects your webshop to a network of Dutch plant growers and suppliers. We give you a live product catalog, webshop integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and more), automated order routing to the right supplier, payment handling, and the tools to manage your customer-facing business.
We are not a wholesaler, not a fulfilment partner, and not an agency. We are the infrastructure layer between you and the growers.
2. Who Everspring is built for
Everspring works best if you recognise yourself in most of the following:
You already run (or have run) a webshop and understand the basics of e-commerce — product pages, checkout flows, returns, conversion.
You have hands-on experience with paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO, or you're willing to invest in learning this.
You understand how margins, shipping costs, ad spend, and returns interact — and you're comfortable running the numbers yourself.
You're happy to contact growers and suppliers directly when something goes wrong with an order.
You treat this as a business, with a marketing budget, a time commitment, and a realistic runway before you're profitable.
3. Who Everspring is NOT for
We are very direct about this because mismatched expectations hurt everyone. Everspring is probably not a good fit if:
This is your first webshop or your first time selling online. We are not a beginner platform and we don't teach e-commerce fundamentals.
You're looking for a "done-for-you" solution where someone builds, markets, and runs your shop. That's not what we are.
You expect Everspring to handle customer complaints, returns, or logistics issues on your behalf. Those are your responsibility, with the supplier as your direct counterpart.
You're hoping for passive income or a fast path to high revenue without marketing spend. Dropshipping plants is a real business — it needs real effort.
You want personal coaching, 1-on-1 support, or webshop-building services. We provide the platform and documentation; we don't provide consulting.
You're a hobbyist selling a few plants a week. Our pricing and feature set are built for serious operators.
4. What you need before you sign up
To get real value from day one, you should already have:
A live webshop on a supported platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, or similar), or be ready to launch one.
A registered business with a VAT-nummer (or your country's equivalent).
KYC documents ready (company details, bank account, ID of the business owner).
A realistic marketing budget — typically at least a few hundred euros per month for ads in the starting phase.
Time to set up integrations, import products, write content, and iterate on your shop in the first weeks.
5. What Everspring does — and does not — do
To avoid confusion later, here is the split of responsibilities.
Everspring does:
Provide the product catalog and live stock data from our grower network.
Build and maintain webshop integrations and APIs.
Process your orders, route them to the correct supplier, and handle the payment flow.
Give you tools to manage claims and disputes with suppliers through the platform.
Publish documentation, best practices, and guides in this Help Center.
Everspring does NOT:
Ship or handle plants. Growers pack and ship directly to your customer. We are not a logistics company.
Handle your customer service. Your end-customers are yours — complaints, returns, and questions come to you.
Resolve complaints on your behalf. When something goes wrong with an order (wrong plant, damaged delivery, missing item), you contact the supplier directly. We provide the tools; you run the conversation.
Build your webshop for you. Theme design, copywriting, product descriptions, SEO — all on you.
Run your marketing. Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email — all on you.
Coach or consult. We don't do 1-on-1 onboarding calls, strategy sessions, or personal training.
6. How to become a customer
Request access via everspring.app with your business and webshop details.
Intake — we review your submission and confirm whether Everspring is a fit for your setup.
KYC & contract — you complete the onboarding documents and agree to the platform terms.
Integration & launch — you connect your webshop, import the catalog, and go live.
7. What to expect in your first weeks
Be realistic about the learning curve. Most new customers need 2 to 6 weeks to get their integration running smoothly, content imported, and first campaigns live. Revenue typically ramps over months, not days. Customers who treat the first month as a build-and-learn phase — rather than expecting instant sales — get the best results.
If any of this feels off, that's valuable information. It's better to not become a customer than to become one with the wrong expectations.
