Your subscription, your back office
Your Everspring subscription lives inside your back office. Log in and open Settings → Subscription — that's the one place where you can see your current plan, change it, update how you pay, download invoices, and end or resume your contract if you ever need to.
This article points you at the right spot for each action and links out to the detail articles when there's more to know.
View your current plan
Open Settings → Subscription to see which plan you're on, what's included, and when the next billing moment is. Everything on this overview reflects your current contract.
Upgrade or downgrade
Want more features, more seats, or a different pricing tier? You can switch plans directly from Settings → Subscription. Pick the plan that fits and confirm — the change takes effect on your next billing moment.
If you're not sure which plan is right, your account manager is happy to walk you through the options — or reach out via Contact us.
Billing and invoices
Your invoices, billing history and billing address all live under Settings → Billing. See Billing and invoices for where to find and download them, and what each line means.
Payment methods
Add, change, or remove the card or bank account we use for your subscription in Settings → Billing → Payment method. See Payment methods for what we accept and what happens if a payment fails.
VAT
How VAT is applied to your invoices depends on where your company is based. See the VAT policy for the details.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel from the same screen: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. For what happens after you cancel — access, data, invoices — see Cancel your subscription.
Reactivate
Changed your mind, or want to come back later? Reactivation is possible from the same subscription screen as long as your account is still open. If your account is already closed, reach out to your account manager or via Contact us and we'll help you get going again.
Need help?
If you can't find what you need in Settings → Subscription, or something doesn't look right, your account manager is the fastest route. You can also reach us via Contact us.
