Top up and withdraw from your eWallet

Add funds to your eWallet or move your balance back to your bank account — both are self-service from the eWallet page. Your bank account must be verified for withdrawals.

Your eWallet is where all money on Everspring flows through. Top it up to pay suppliers, and withdraw any unused balance back to your company bank account whenever you want. Both happen on the same page and are fully self-service — no form, no support ticket, no waiting period.

Top up your balance

  1. Open eWallet in the left menu.

  2. Click Top up.

  3. Enter the amount and choose your payment method — iDEAL (instant) or SEPA bank transfer (1–2 working days).

  4. Complete the payment.

Is a top-up an expense?

No. A top-up is a balance sheet movement from your bank account to your wallet — not a purchase. You do not receive a VAT invoice for it. The expense is booked (and invoiced) the moment an order is paid out to a supplier.

Withdraw to your bank account

  1. Open eWallet in the left menu.

  2. Click Withdraw.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Confirm.

Once confirmed, the amount is sent to the company bank account linked during KYC. It usually lands within a few working days, and at most within 7 working days.

Bank account must be verified — no exceptions

You cannot withdraw if your bank account is not verified. The Withdraw button will not work until verification is complete.

Verifying your bank account is part of your eWallet activation and verification — do this as soon as you activate your eWallet. If you wait, you risk losing access to your funds later (for example, if your legal entity changes or ceases to exist).

Withdrawals always land on the KYC-verified company bank account. They cannot be redirected to a different or personal account. To change the destination, update your bank account first and re-verify.

The old withdrawal form is gone. If you've seen older instructions pointing to a HubSpot form or a 30-day waiting period — that process has been fully phased out. Everyone with a verified bank account now uses the Withdraw button.

Troubleshooting

  • Withdraw button is greyed out or errors — your bank account is not verified. Complete verification first.

  • "Insufficient balance" — part of your balance may be reserved for unpaid orders. Check your eWallet activity.

  • Withdrawal hasn't arrived after 7 working days — check the transaction status in your activity log. If it's still "Processing", email help@everspring.app with the transaction reference.

  • Top-up not visible — iDEAL is instant, SEPA can take up to 2 working days.

Still stuck? Email help@everspring.app with your company name and a description of what you're seeing.
