Can the vendor field be modified in Shopify?
No, this is not allowed when selling Everspring products through Shopify. The vendor field in Shopify must always be set to "Everspring" and must not be changed. It ensures proper order routing.
Can I translate product descriptions in bulk in Shopify?
No, not directly. You can export your Shopify product data, translate it using tools like ChatGPT, and re-import it into Shopify.
How do I create categories in Shopify for Everspring products?
Everspring does not use categories. You can group products in Shopify using tags or collections.

Do I need to request fulfilment in Shopify for orders to sync?
Yes. For your Shopify order to appear in Everspring, fulfilment must be explicitly requested in Shopify. If fulfilment is not triggered (automatically or manually), the order will not sync to Everspring.
My order needs a correction — what should I do?
If your order isn't syncing, it may contain an error — such as an invalid SKU, missing shipping address, or mismatched supplier data. These issues must be corrected in Shopify before the order can sync successfully.

My eWallet isn't active, can I still receive orders?
No. Your eWallet must be fully activated and funded before Everspring can process any incoming orders from Shopify. Without an active eWallet, your store cannot complete transactions.

What happens if a product is removed from Everspring?
If a product is removed from the Everspring catalogue, the corresponding product in your Shopify store will remain visible but its stock will be automatically set to 0. This prevents new orders while keeping the product listed for reference.
