How do I activate and verify my eWallet on Everspring?
Want to enable fast, secure payments through Everspring? Follow these three steps to activate, verify, and fund your eWallet.
Step 1: Activate your eWallet

Log into your Everspring account.

Go to the eWallet section in the left menu.

Click “Activate eWallet” to create your wallet account.
Step 2: Verify your business information
To unlock full functionality, you must verify the following after activation:

Bank account (required for withdrawals)

Identity verification
-
Phone number
-
Ownership and business structure
We can only process withdrawals to a verified bank account. If your details are incomplete, incorrect, or if further verification is required, you will receive an email. You can then submit the missing documents by replying to that email to complete the verification process.
Step 3: Top up your eWallet

Go to the eWallet menu.

Click “Top up balance”, enter the amount, and select your payment method.

Topping up your eWallet is not an expense or a purchase. It is a balance sheet transaction — you’re transferring funds from your company’s bank account to a wallet (third-party account) temporarily held by our payment provider. No VAT is applied, and you will not receive an invoice, as this is classified as a liquidity movement rather than a taxable transaction.
Processing time
Activation and verification typically take up to 2 business days, with a maximum of 7 business days. Once your wallet is active and funded, you can place orders immediately.
