How are delivery times shown?

Delivery times are shown on the Everspring storefront per product, and vary per supplier, per country, and per destination.

Delivery times are shown directly on the Everspring storefront, on every product page.

Where you'll see them

Each product page on the storefront lists the delivery time per destination country. The time shown is specific to the supplier of that product and the country the order is shipping to.

Why they vary

There's no single "Everspring delivery time" — it depends on three things:

  • Per supplier. Each supplier has its own pack schedule, cut-off times, and carrier. One supplier may ship same-day; another may ship on fixed days per week.

  • Per country. Domestic routes are faster than cross-border ones. Some destinations add a day or more.

  • Per destination within a country. Remote or hard-to-reach addresses can take longer than standard urban routes.

On your own webshop

You don't have to copy delivery times over manually. Everspring syncs the per-product delivery time to your shop automatically via product metafields:

  • Shopify — delivery time is written as a metafield on each product.

  • WooCommerce — same, via product metadata.

So the correct delivery time is always present on your product data, kept in sync with the storefront. What's up to you is making sure your theme actually displays that metafield on the product page (and in checkout or cart, if that matters for your flow). That's a theme-level choice — pick a theme that surfaces it, or have your developer wire it into your product template.

Tracking a live order

Once an order is placed, you can follow the shipment closely from the order page in Everspring. Carrier status, tracking updates, and delivery confirmation are all visible there — that's the place to go when you need to see where a specific order sits in the pipeline.
