Sell written greeting cards

Let customers add a personalised card at checkout — printed at the supplier's warehouse and included in the parcel.

Selling a plant is nicer with a handwritten note. Everspring lets your customer add a personalised greeting card at checkout — printed and included in the parcel by the supplier, with no extra fulfilment work from you.

How it works for your customer

  1. Your customer adds the greeting-card option at checkout on your webshop.

  2. They pick a design and type a personal message.

  3. The card is printed at the supplier's warehouse and added to the parcel before it ships.

Nothing changes in your fulfilment flow — you don't touch the parcel.

Enable greeting cards

  1. Go to Settings > Greeting cards in your Everspring dashboard.

  2. Toggle Enable greeting cards.

  3. Pick which designs you want to offer. You can use our curated set (seasonal, birthday, thank-you, sympathy) or upload your own branded designs.

  4. Set the price your customer pays — the supplier's printing cost is deducted automatically.

On Shopify and WooCommerce, the greeting-card option appears as a product add-on on every product detail page. For other webshops, use our API or the CSV feed snippet to add the option to your own checkout.

Upload your own design

Custom designs are great for brand consistency:

  • PDF or high-res PNG, CMYK preferred.

  • 105 × 148 mm (A6), 3 mm bleed.

  • Front design plus optional back design.

  • Upload via Settings > Greeting cards > Upload design. We review within one working day.

Languages & character limits

  • Personal message: up to 250 characters.

  • Printed in the language the customer used at checkout (EN, NL, DE, FR).

  • Emojis are supported; special fonts fall back to a standard serif if we can't render them.

Pricing & margin

  • Supplier cost: €0.75 per card (printed and inserted).

  • Recommended retail price: €2.00-€3.50.

  • You choose the price your customer pays; the margin goes to your eWallet.

Good to know

  • Greeting cards only work on orders where all products ship from the same supplier.

  • Messages are scanned for clearly abusive content before printing; everything else is printed as submitted.

  • Claims for unreadable or mis-printed cards are handled the same way as any other claim.
