Products in your import list can become unavailable over time. A supplier may pull a product from their assortment, run out of stock for the long term, or change who they sell to. When that happens, you can no longer order the product through Everspring — even though it might still be visible in your own webshop.
This article shows you how to spot those products and what to do about them.
What "unavailable" means
An unavailable product is a product you previously added to your import list, but that you can no longer order through Everspring. The most common reasons:
The supplier has taken the product out of their assortment.
The product is out of stock and isn't coming back soon.
Your access to the supplier's assortment has changed.
For you, all three feel the same: the product is in your import list, but orders for it won't go through.
Where you see it
Your import list is the place to check. Each product shows its current status, so you can tell at a glance which items are still orderable and which aren't. If there are unavailable products in your list, you'll see a notice at the top with the total count and a quick way to filter for them.

What to do
Check your import list regularly. A quick scan once in a while keeps your webshop in sync with what's actually for sale.
Remove unavailable products from your import list. Once removed, your next sync will take them down from your webshop as well, so customers don't see something you can't deliver.
Find a replacement on the Storefront. If the product was popular, browse the same supplier or category on the Storefront for an alternative and add that to your import list instead.
Why this matters
If you leave unavailable products in your webshop, customers can still order them — and you'll have to cancel and refund those orders manually. Keeping your import list clean is the easiest way to prevent that.
