- What happens to my eWallet balance when an order is cancelled?If a supplier cancels your order, your payment is automatically refunded to your Everspring eWallet — no action required.
- What happens if my eWallet doesn't have enough balance for an order? If your eWallet is too low at checkout, your order is held for 7 days while you top up and manually retry the payment.
