Import products
Fourth step in Getting Started. Explains the import-list flow from Everspring storefront to your connected webshop.
Written By Bas den Hoed
Now that your webshop is connected, it's time to fill it with products. You pick products from Everspring's storefront one at a time and send them to your shop — no bulk imports, no CSV shuffle. Each product you add is pushed directly to your webshop.
How importing works
Log in at my.everspring.app and open Storefront in the left menu.
Browse or search the catalog. Use filters to narrow by category, supplier, delivery time, or price range.
Open a product you want to offer and click Add to webshop. The product is sent to your connected webshop individually.
Repeat for every product you want to offer. Each one is a separate action — that gives you full control over which products land in your shop.
First-time sync can take a few hours
For your very first imports, it can take up to a few hours before the products are visible in your webshop — your shop needs to build the initial connection to our catalog. After that, later imports usually appear within a few minutes.
What gets imported
When you add a product, the following fields are pushed to your webshop:
Product title and description
Images (main + gallery)
Product variants (size, color, pot size)
Stock levels (kept in sync with supplier inventory)
Wholesale price (your cost; you set your own retail price)
SKU and barcode where available
Category tags
Your retail price is not set by Everspring — you control pricing in your own shop.
Shopify: don't change the Vendor field
For products imported from Everspring, leave the Shopify Vendor field exactly as we set it. Changing it breaks the link between your Shopify product and Everspring — orders won't route correctly and stock updates stop flowing. Edit titles, descriptions, tags, and prices freely, but the Vendor field is off-limits.
Tips for your first batch
Start small. Add 10–20 products you're confident about, not the entire catalog. You can always add more later.
Mix delivery times. Some products ship from central warehouses (fast), others direct from growers (slower). Note the delivery-time badge on each product card.
Check the product page in your shop. After a product appears, open it in your own shop and check the images, description, and variants render correctly.
If a product doesn't appear
For your first few imports, the most common reason is simply timing — the initial sync can run for a few hours. If it's been longer than that, check the following:
Webshop connection status — in your Everspring dashboard, open Integrations and confirm your webshop connection shows green/active.
Product publish status in your shop — some platforms default imported products to "draft". Open the product in your shop admin and check it's set to published/active.
Shopify Vendor field was changed — if you edited the Vendor field, the product is disconnected. Revert it to the original Everspring value and re-import.
