Where can I find and open the CSV feed on Everspring?
Want to export your full catalog from Everspring? This article explains where to find the CSV feed and how to properly open it.
Why Finding/Opening it correctly Matters
The CSV feed allows you to export your entire product catalog in a structured file format. This is especially useful for inventory analysis, bulk edits, or integration with external tools. But opening it correctly is key to avoiding data misalignment.
Where to Find the CSV Feed
You can download your product CSV feed in just a few clicks:
-
Go to your Backoffice
-
Navigate to Catalog
-
In the top-right corner, click "Download CSV Feed"
This will download a .csv
file containing your complete product catalog.
How to Open the CSV File
Opening the file correctly is important — otherwise, it might look jumbled or unreadable.
Option 1: Opening in Microsoft Excel
-
Open Excel (do not double-click the file directly).
-
Go to the Data tab.
-
Click "From Text/CSV" and select your downloaded file.
-
Click "Load".
Your file will now appear in a clear, tabular format.
Note: Decimals may often not display correctly in Excel, so we recommend opening it in Google Sheets instead. See below.
Option 2: Opening in Google Sheets (Recommended)
To avoid issues with decimal formatting:
-
Create a new Google Sheet
-
Click File > Import > Upload
-
Choose your CSV file and click Import data
Google Sheets will display the file more reliably without distorting number formats.
