How do I explore and connect with suppliers on Everspring?
Looking to discover and connect with suppliers? This article explains how the Suppliers screen in the Everspring back office helps you browse supplier profiles, manage connection requests, and build valuable partnerships—while clarifying when connections are required.
Why supplier connections matter
Suppliers are key to your product offering, but connecting with them is about more than just access. A supplier connection allows you to build a stronger business relationship and unlock supplier-specific products that are only visible when a connection exists.
💡 Note: You do not need an active supplier connection to add or sell their products in your shop. All publicly listed products can be added and sold freely without a formal connection.
Exploring suppliers: All Suppliers tab
Under the All Suppliers section, you can explore the full range of suppliers available on the Everspring platform—from established industry names to new and emerging labels. Browse supplier profiles, view their product offerings, and assess which align with your business.
Sending and receiving connection requests
In the All Suppliers section, you can also manage connection requests:
-
View incoming requests from suppliers interested in partnering with your retail business.
-
Choose to accept or decline based on your business needs.
-
Send out your own requests to suppliers you'd like to connect with.
It’s up to the supplier to accept your request. Once accepted, the connection becomes active.
Managing your supplier relationships: My Network tab
The My Network section shows all suppliers you have successfully connected with. This list helps you track established relationships and opens the door to:
-
Better collaboration and communication
-
Access to exclusive assortments only available to connected retailers
-
A personalized experience based on your store’s needs
Why connect?
While connections are not required to view or sell products, they enhance your supplier relationships. A connection signals professionalism, builds trust, and may give you access to private or limited-supply items that are not available to the broader platform.
