Withdrawing funds from your E-wallet at Everspring

As an Everspring retailer, you can withdraw funds from your E-wallet at any time. Here’s how to do it, including the exact conditions.


How to request a E-Wallet withdrawal?

  • Complete the official withdrawal request form accurately.

  • Your request will be checked against the conditions listed below.

  • Upon approval, you’ll receive confirmation from the Everspring team within a few working days.

  • Your funds will then be transferred to your verified bank account within a maximum of 10 working days.

Please note: If you do not meet the conditions, your request will be rejected, and you'll need to submit a new request once all conditions are fulfilled.


Conditions for withdrawal your E-Wallet

  • Officially verified bank account
    Everspring can only process payments to an officially verified bank account. Requests without a verified account will be automatically rejected. Make sure you verify your bank account immediately upon activating your E-wallet. Delaying this risks your funds becoming inaccessible, for example, if your entity changes or ceases to exist.
  • No activity for at least 30 days
    Your account must show no activity (no orders or shipments) for at least 30 days. This cooldown period allows for proper handling of any customer claims or refunds and helps limit financial risks.
  • Subscription fees fully paid
    All outstanding invoices to Everspring must be fully settled. Additionally, your subscription contract must be fully covered financially. If you pay in installments, ensure that the total contract amount is fully paid before requesting a withdrawal.

These conditions protect both you and Everspring from financial risks, potential claims, and uncertainties. By promptly verifying your bank account, you prevent issues with future withdrawals.
