Why Transaction Overview matters
Keeping track of payment transactions helps you manage your finances and reconcile orders efficiently. This guide outlines where to find manual and Ewallet payments, and highlights what’s excluded from this overview.
Order-related transactions
When you place an order and spend money, this is recorded as a transaction. You can view all such transactions directly by navigating to the Orders section. Click on a specific order and you will find all transaction information including an invoice. There, each order includes its corresponding invoice, showing exactly what you paid.
For a broader overview, go to the Invoices section. Here you can download summaries of all your order payments over a selected invoice period. This offers full visibility into your financial activity related to order placement and invoicing.
If an order is canceled, a credit invoice will be generated and linked to that order. The refunded amount is automatically transferred back to your Ewallet — no manual action is needed.
Ewallet top-ups
Topping up your Ewallet involves transferring funds to your digital wallet. However, it's important to note that there is currently no transaction overview available for these top-ups. While the funds will automatically appear in your Ewallet once received, you will not be able to view a historical list or summary of your wallet recharges. If you wish to get info on an incoming eWallet transaction, please contact our support.
