How does Mix & Match work on Everspring?
Mix & Match allows you as a retailer to combine compatible products from the same supplier into a single shipment — helping you lower packaging and shipping costs.
What Mix & Match Means for Retailers
Mix & Match is a tool designed to help you ship more efficiently and profitably — but you are responsible for selecting the right products. Only products marked with the green “Mix & Match” label can be grouped into one shipment, and only if they come from the same supplier.
Once you've selected Mix & Match compatible products for your shop, it’s your job to encourage your customers to buy them together. The goal is simple:
1. A plant
2. A matching pot
3. Optionally, an accessory
When a consumer buys these together — and all items are from the same supplier — they will be shipped as one unit. This saves you money and increases your margin.
Why This Is Important
You pay shipping and packaging once, even if multiple products are sold — but only if they are from the same supplier and eligible for Mix & Match.
That means:
-
You can fill boxes more efficiently
-
You reduce per-product shipping cost
-
You improve your profit per order
But this only works if you encourage customers to order smart combinations on your webshop. It’s up to you to promote this.
How to Use Mix & Match:
-
Browse the marketplace and find products with the green "Mix & Match" label.
-
Add a plant, a pot, and optionally an accessory from the same supplier to your shopping cart.
-
Go to your cart — if the products are compatible, they will automatically be grouped into one shipment.
✅ This means you'll only pay packaging and shipping once, even if your order contains multiple items.
💡The Mix & Match advantage can only be used if the products come from one supplier. To recognize a Mix & Match product, look for the green label, see the image:

Combine items into the right packaging
-
Reduce the number of shipping labels
-

This results in lower logistics costs and a smoother fulfillment process — for both you and the supplier.
