How to Become a Customer at Everspring

At Everspring, we believe in personal contact and giving every entrepreneur a fair start. That’s why you can’t sign up as a customer without a short introductory call first. We want to understand who you are, what your goals are, and whether Everspring is the right fit for your business whether you’re just starting out or already have an established webshop.

Step 1: Request a demo

The first step to becoming a customer is to request a demo.

You can do this via our official landing pages, available in three languages:

Each page explains what Everspring offers and includes a registration form to sign up for a demo.
Visitors should always be directed to the page in their own language — this ensures they receive the right information and instructions.

After submitting the form, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule your activation call.


Step 2: The activation call (introductory meeting)

The activation call is a non-binding and informative conversation.
During this call, we’ll:

  • Explain how selling flowers and plants online through Everspring works,

  • Assess whether your business fits within our model and customer base, and

  • Discuss how a potential collaboration could look.

We work with professional companies, but that doesn’t mean you need to be large to start. Everyone gets a fair opportunity with us — as long as the foundation and motivation are right.


Step 3: Becoming a customer and starting onboarding

After the call, you can officially become a customer of Everspring.
From that moment on, the onboarding process begins.

During onboarding, we guide you step by step toward launching your webshop. This includes:

  • Connecting your webshop to our system,

  • Adding suppliers and products, and

  • Practical assistance with setting up your assortment.

Although much of our process is automated, we believe in personal support. You’ll receive hands-on guidance — no lengthy coaching programs, just clear, practical, and no-nonsense help to get you ready for launch.


Step 4: Requesting a website audit

Once your webshop is almost ready, you can request a website audit.
Our team will review your webshop and marketing channels, then provide concrete feedback you can apply right away.
You’ll receive practical tips to improve your conversions, presentation, and user experience.


Step 5: The go-live call

After implementing the feedback, we’ll schedule the go-live call — the final step before your webshop goes online.
During this session, we’ll make sure everything is properly set up, from your product feed to your order flow, so you can launch confidently.
