How does account verification work on Everspring?
Just signed up for a subscription on Everspring? Before you can access all features, your account needs to be verified by our team.
When you sign up for a subscription on Everspring, an account is automatically created for you. This account will remain in a pending state until it is verified by our team.
What happens during verification?
During verification, we review your account details, including your KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
If everything is complete and correct, your account will be automatically activated.
If something is missing or needs clarification, we’ll reach out to you via email to request the necessary information.
This process typically takes no longer than one business day.
What can you do while your account is pending?
Even while your account is still pending, you can already:

Add products to your catalog

Connect with suppliers

Link your online store
This allows you to start setting up your business right away.
How do you know your account has been verified?
Your account is successfully verified and activated when:

The “pending account” notification disappears from your dashboard

You are able to request and manage your Ewallet
Until then, features like the Ewallet and full order processing (including payments) will remain unavailable
