Do you deliver to remote areas?

Everspring delivers to most addresses across Europe — but a small number of remote destinations are excluded. If a customer orders to one of those areas, the order is cancelled before it reaches the supplier.

What counts as a remote area

Some destinations sit so far from the standard carrier network that shipping cost becomes disproportionate — well above what a normal delivery would run. Examples:

  • The Dutch Wadden Islands

  • The Canary Islands

  • Similar outlying islands and hard-to-reach regions across Europe

This isn't an exhaustive list. Any destination where shipping costs multiply unreasonably falls in the same bucket.

What happens if an order comes in

Everspring blocks delivery to these destinations. If an order with a shipping address in an excluded area comes through, it gets cancelled and the customer is refunded — it doesn't reach the supplier to be packed or shipped.

What this means for you

  • Mention in your shipping policy or at checkout that a small number of remote destinations are excluded, so customers aren't surprised.

  • If a customer contacts you about a cancellation, the reason is delivery-area exclusion — not a problem with the product or the order itself.

  • For specific postcode questions, contact the supplier through platform messaging. Exact coverage depends on the carrier the supplier uses.
