Cancellations can only be made by suppliers, not by Everspring. This guide explains when a cancellation is possible, how to submit a request, and why timing is critical if an order is already being processed.
Once you, as a retailer, have placed an order, whether manually or through our API, it is important to note that cancellations are only possible if communicated with the supplier. Everspring is not able to cancel orders, only the supplier of a specific order can create a cancellation. Please be aware that the supplier can only cancel if the order has not yet been processed.
If you wish the cancel, send the email an email with the request. The request itself is not a guarantee the supplier can still cancel.
