Step 1: Accessing Billing Information

As a supplier on Everspring, you can access the billing information section through your account settings. Please note that only an Everspring employee has the authority to input this data.

Step 2: Required Information

To complete the billing information, you will need to provide the following details:

  1. Company Name: Enter the full name of your company as it appears in official records.

  2. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Number: This is the unique registration number issued by the Chamber of Commerce for your company.

  3. VAT Number: Include your Value Added Tax (VAT) number for tax purposes.

  4. EORI Number (Optional): If applicable, provide your Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number.

  5. Website: Add the URL of your company's official website, if available.

  6. First Name and Last Name: Input the contact person's first and last name for billing-related inquiries.

  7. Phone Number and Email Address: Provide the contact details, including phone number and email address, for communication regarding billing matters.

  8. Street and House Number: Enter the address of your company's physical location.

  9. Addition (Optional): If necessary, include additional information related to your company's address.

  10. Postal Code, City, and Country: Provide the postal code, city, and country of your company's location.
