Import products
Fourth step in Getting Started. Explains the import-list flow from Everspring storefront to your connected webshop.
Written By Bas den Hoed
Now that your webshop is connected, it's time to fill it with products. Importing works the same way regardless of your platform: you browse Everspring's storefront, pick the products you want, and click Import. They appear in your webshop automatically.
How importing works
Log in at my.everspring.app and open Storefront in the left menu.
Browse or search the catalog. Use filters to narrow by category, supplier, delivery time, or price range.
On each product, click the Import button. The product is added to your import list.
From the import list, confirm the products you want to publish and click Send to webshop.
The products appear in your connected webshop within a few minutes, fully populated with images, descriptions, variants, and stock levels.
What gets imported
When you import a product, the following fields are pushed to your webshop:
Product title and description
Images (main + gallery)
Product variants (size, color, pot size)
Stock levels (kept in sync with supplier inventory)
Wholesale price (your cost; you set your own retail price)
SKU and barcode where available
Category tags
Your retail price is not set by Everspring — you control pricing in your own shop.
Tips for your first batch
Start small. Import 10–20 products you're confident about, not the entire catalog. You can always add more later.
Mix delivery times. Some products ship from central warehouses (fast), others direct from growers (slower). Note the delivery-time badge on each product card.
Check the product page in your shop. After import, open one product in your own shop and check the images, description, and variants render correctly.
If a product doesn't appear
Most import issues are caused by one of two things:
Fulfillment zones not configured (Shopify only) — products won't show as "available" on your storefront until your shipping zones are set up correctly.
Webshop connection dropped — check your Everspring dashboard under Integrations for a green connection status.
