Why is my product in stock in Shopify but not available on my webshop?
You might see a product from Everspring in your Shopify backend with inventory available — but in your webshop it appears “Out of stock” or can’t be added to the cart. This issue is almost always caused by incorrect shipping and fulfilment settings. Here’s how to fix it.

1. Make sure the product is part of a shipping zone
If your product isn’t assigned to a shipping zone, Shopify will treat it as not available for purchase — even if it’s in stock.
To check this:
Go to your Shopify admin dashboard
Click on Settings in the bottom-left
Go to Shipping and delivery
Under Shipping, click Manage rates
In your shipping profile, make sure the country or region (e.g. Netherlands, Germany, Belgium) is listed under a shipping zone
If it’s missing, click Create shipping zone
Give it a name (e.g. “EU Shipping”)
Add the countries or regions you want to support
Click Add rate to set a shipping cost (flat rate or calculated)
2. Assign the correct fulfilment method
All Everspring products must be fulfilled by Everspring Fulfilment — otherwise, Shopify will not allow the product to be sold.
To fix this:
Go to the product in your Shopify admin
Scroll to the Inventory section
Under Fulfilled by, make sure only Everspring Fulfilment is selected
Remove any other fulfilment locations
If multiple fulfilment locations are listed, the product may not be available at checkout
3. Double-check your shipping zones are linked to Everspring Fulfilment
Even if the country is included in a shipping zone, it must be linked to Everspring Fulfilment as the fulfilment location.
To ensure this:
In the shipping profile where you added your countries, check that Everspring Fulfilment is the assigned location for those products.
If another location (like your own warehouse) is assigned, Shopify may prevent the product from being sold if it's not available there.
Summary
✅ Product visible in Shopify backend
✅ Inventory is available
❌ Product can't be ordered in your storefront?
Checklist to resolve it:
The product is in a shipping zone that includes the buyer’s country
The shipping zone has a valid rate
The product is assigned to Everspring Fulfilment (and only that)
No other fulfilment locations are enabled
Once these are set correctly, the product will be available for checkout on your storefront.
