Change my company info
Update your Everspring account details — company name, address, VAT, KvK, or a full legal entity change.
Written By Bas den Hoed
Keep your Everspring account up to date whenever something on your company record changes — address, VAT, KvK, company name, or a full legal entity change. Most updates you can make yourself from Account > Company settings. A legal entity change is the only exception and needs a manual review by our team.
What you can change yourself
Trade name & display name — shown to your customers on packing slips and retailer-facing surfaces.
Addresses — billing, shipping-from, and warehouse addresses.
Contact details — finance email, support email, phone.
Logo & branding — used on your branded packing slip and storefront.
VAT number — as long as the legal entity behind it is unchanged.
Open your company settings, edit the fields, and save. Changes are effective immediately.
When to contact us instead
A few changes touch your contract or billing setup and need a manual update by our team:
Legal entity change — new KvK number, new VAT number, or a new legal counterparty.
Bank account used for eWallet payouts.
Company name when it also changes the legal entity (merger, sale, rebrand with a new KvK).
Legal entity change
If your KvK number changes, your Everspring contract has to be transferred to the new entity. Send the following to support@everspring.app:
New company name, KvK number, and VAT number.
New billing address and IBAN.
A short note explaining the reason (restructure, acquisition, rebrand, etc.).
Processing fee: €100, invoiced via Stripe after the switch is complete. We aim to process entity changes within 5 working days.
Good to know
Your open orders keep running under your current entity until the switch is complete — there's no downtime.
Historical invoices stay linked to the entity that was active at the time.
Update your webshop's own records in the same window so your checkout matches your Everspring company details.
