NATO Summit 2025: Possible Delays in the Netherlands

From Sunday, June 22 through Thursday, June 26, 2025, strict security measures will be in place in The Hague (Netherlands) due to the NATO summit on June 24 and 25. These measures may cause logistical delays, especially in the Randstad region (including The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht).

What to expect:

  • Heavy traffic and roadblocks in and around The Hague, especially near the World Forum.
  • Restricted access to certain areas, including closed streets and bridges.
  • Temporary delivery disruptions in the affected zones.
  • Pickup delays at business addresses and depots.

What happens to your shipments:

  • Parcels that cannot be delivered will be rerouted to the nearest pickup point.
  • The status of each shipment can be tracked via your Track & Trace.
  • Updates will be posted on our platform-wide Shipping Updates page.

We do everything we can to minimize the impact and keep you informed. For any urgent questions, please contact our support team.
